What would be the possible benefits of doing that thing that scares you, assuming it turned out well. Next ask yourself what the cost of doing nothing would be. Many would rather follow an unfulfilling but secure life than take the risk of failure. But often, not
doing nothing is the biggest risk. Or as Seneca said: “The fear of bad luck makes our luck worse,” because it paralyzes us and stagnates us. If you act and it turns out well you will have a benefit. If you act and it goes wrong, you will have to pay the cost of failure, but you will also learn something.
However, if you don’t act you will never achieve anything or learn anything, and you will simply be left with the cost of regret.

Fear is a natural emotion that arises as a response to situations of uncertainty or danger. It can paralyze us or motivate us to take steps to protect ourselves.
Many feel ashamed of their bodies, believing that they do not reach an arbitrary level of physical attractiveness. To begin with, you must understand that your physical appearance does not define you, and that it is just one more aspect of who you are.
It is certainly good to try to look better, but not out of shame about what others think. You must accept your appearance while trying to improve it, understanding that your worth does not depend on your physique.
There is no reason to be afraid.
Improving it will undoubtedly give you more confidence, but the process is as important as the result. In the meantime, be grateful for all the good things your body has and everything it does for you every day. Your legs may not be the most attractive, but they take you everywhere without protest. If you learn to appreciate your body you will be more motivated to take care of it.
Fear can be a powerful motivation that drives us to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals. However, it is important not to let it control us and learn to face it with courage and determination.
