At Lalunamoon, we work in collaboration with the best parcel companies to guarantee quality service. The average delivery time varies between 3 and 5 days from the processing of your order. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the status of your order. Our shipping costs vary by country and are detailed during the purchase process, just before confirming your order.

If your purchase exceeds €100, we offer free shipping in Europe.

It is important to note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver at the price indicated in the checkout process.

In the event that a package is returned to our facilities (for example, if the package is refused, is not picked up at the post office or a collection point, or if there is an error in the delivery address), we will deduct 25 euros of the value of your purchase before processing the refund. These costs cover administrative costs, shipping costs and costs associated with managing the return.
